It is hot in Beijing Downtown, so we made a Ride to the Countryside. Simatai Great wall is a well known Destination, but this time we also drove to the "other Side".

Yinziyu is a small Village which is guarding the Valley and this Part of the Great Wall since hundreds of Years. Forgotten to the World.

This CJ is well mannered. It starts up correctly (the rider knows his motorcycle well), and it goes into first gear without a hitch. Gotta love it, not all of them are set as well as this one.

This CJ 750 was completed by Big Bad Bill in Beijing. It has a clean look, nice blue paint, good chromes, nice engine polish. The engine outputs a nice rumble at idle, the bike is well set.

This video shows you something rare: a CJ customized as a bobber. Not legal in Beijing, but totally awesome!

Check the compression at kickstarting. It's zero. Typical of the original 24-hp motor of the CJ. Try this with a 1960-70s BMW motor... Not the same story.
